Episode II renews October 1, followed by one renewal and one complete episode experience on the first of each month. Standard shipping is included outside Hawaii; Hawaii adds $8 to each shipment. The plan ends after Episode 12, and you may cancel before any future renewal.

Your first $149.95 season payment is charged when you preorder and reserves the September 1 shipment. There is no second charge on September 1. If you continue, the remaining $149.95 payments are charged on December 1, March 1, and June 1 as those seasons are fulfilled. There is no commitment to future seasons: the plan renews automatically only until you cancel or the fourth and final charge is complete.

Full Journey is one $595 payment made today, with no renewal charges. It reserves all four seasonal shipments, sent on September 1, December 1, March 1, and June 1, plus the Full Journey exclusives.

Yes. The first Monthly payment is charged when you preorder; cancel before October 1 to stop Episode II and every later renewal. A Season preorder may be canceled for a full refund before the first box ships; after that, cancel before December 1, March 1, or June 1 to stop the next renewal and every charge after it. If a box has been charged but has not shipped, contact us to cancel and refund that unshipped box. Delivered episodes and seasons remain yours. Full Journey is a single purchase and does not renew.

The first printing is limited, but it does not have a published set count. Preorders close August 1, or earlier if the printing is fully reserved.

No. Everlore Hollow is not a book-of-the-month club. One original dark-fantasy story unfolds across 12 collectible printed episodes, and each box continues that same story. The complete twelve-episode journey forms the full tale.

It is a story designed to arrive in episodes instead of as one finished book. Each Everlore Hollow episode pairs the next part of the narrative with a candle, tea, soundtrack, and sealed artifacts created for the scenes inside it.

Each seasonal shipment contains three complete episode boxes. Across them you will find three printed episodes, three hand-poured candles, three loose-leaf teas, story-timed artifacts, and surprise objects created for that part of the tale.

Plan on about two hours of reading for each episode. The candle, tea, soundtrack, and artifacts can make the full ritual feel a little longer if you choose to linger with everything.

Seasonal bundles are scheduled for September 1, December 1, March 1, and June 1. Both Season and Full Journey customers receive the same three-episode bundles on that cadence.

Yes. Each paid season unlocks its three eBooks, episode soundtracks, and digital companion chapters. Canceling future seasons does not remove access you already unlocked. Seasons you have not paid for remain locked, and a full refund revokes the digital access attached to the refunded journey.

Season 1 gathers Episodes I–III into one large quarterly shipment for $149.95; it costs less than three monthly boxes and includes an extra unique Hollow Candle as our gift. Yes. After checkout, you may add extra tea, extra candle, or the candle-and-tea ritual in a quantity of one, two, or three per Season. Season customers pay for the first add-on quantity now and later quantities with each Season renewal; Full Journey customers prepay the selected quantity across all four Seasons.

Full Journey includes a personalized wax seal with Season 1 and a signed map with Season 3, in addition to reserving all four three-episode shipments with one payment.

Monthly, Season 1, and Full Journey currently ship within the United States only, with standard shipping included outside Hawaii. Hawaii delivery is $8 per monthly box or $20 per quarterly box; Full Journey adds $80 once for its four quarterly shipments. The exact fee appears before Stripe checkout. PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are welcome.

Email support@everlorehollow.com before a shipping label is created to update the next destination. Once a package is in carrier hands, its address may no longer be changed. Report damage within 14 days of delivery with photos; we will replace the affected piece at no cost, or refund it if a replacement is unavailable.

Contact us within 30 days of your first shipment and return every physical item you received in its original condition. You are responsible for return postage. Once the return is received and inspected, Monthly customers receive their first monthly payment back and future renewals stop; Season customers receive the first season payment back and future renewals stop; Full Journey customers receive the entire $595 purchase price back and all remaining shipments stop. A full refund also revokes the journey's digital access.

Yes. A Season 1 gift is one prepaid, non-renewing $149.95 purchase with one three-episode shipment. A Full Journey gift is one prepaid, non-renewing $595 purchase with all four seasonal shipments. You can schedule the reveal email or deliver the gift link yourself, and the recipient supplies their shipping address. Any approved refund returns to the original purchaser's payment method.
